We love cost-effective solutions, which is why W1 Virtual Office made it onto our list. The rates are really affordable despite having a prestigious Mayfair office address—what a way to leave a strong impression!
Basically, the cheapest package is the VO Collect, which costs only £20 a month. The highest tier is still affordable at £45 a month since it already has lots of inclusions, like mail collection and scan to email services.
And if you find a cheaper Mayfair virtual office that has the same services, they’ll match that price! When our staff hired them, there were no setup fees too!
However, we noticed that their range of services is pretty limited compared to other virtual offices in London we used. But the basic services are already there.
They even have a phone answering service, where a virtual receptionist will answer your calls using your company name. Very professional!

Cheap Virtual Office stays true to their name. Their rates are super affordable, perfect for freelancers and small businesses.
The most affordable package is only £49.99 per year and the premier plan is only £99.99 a year. The highest plan includes 30 business letters that can be forwarded to you, but there’s an additional fee if you want the scan service.
They’re minutes away from Baker Street Station, which makes them very accessible. And since they’re in Central London, mail forwarding is a breeze!
Their services are limited to virtual offices, though. Should you need to expand your business, you’ll need to hire other office rooms in London for face-to-face meetings.
But being a virtual office provider is their strength and communicating with them has been smooth. We’ve never experienced problems or delays in our interactions with them, which is why we think they’re worth it even with the limited services.

What we love about Impact Brixton is they’re a one-stop destination for remote workers and businesses in London. Aside from being a virtual office, they’re also a coworking space for meetings.
We found their services ideal for individuals with international customers. You can use their address on your website and for Companies House, which is needed if you’re forming an LLP.
Plus, the inclusions are pretty good. All packages include post scanning and digital forwarding, while the highest package includes mail forwarding, so you get both physical and digital copies.
On top of that, they accept parcels, which isn’t a typical service. You can’t pick up your parcel on weekends, though, since they’re closed.
Still, the cost-effective solutions are worth noting! The premium package is £325 a year, which is only £27 a month!

If experience is what you’re looking for, Capital Office is worth checking out. Their history of helping companies started in the 1970s, which is really impressive because there were no computers back then!
Their services are also pretty comprehensive—no wonder our team members love this virtual office. This includes having a registered and a director’s address, multi-currency bank account, mail forwarding, and global courier service.
It doesn’t stop there. They also offer call handling (including unlimited phone calls) to make your company look really professional, as well as a free domain name for your website.
Although we appreciate that they have meeting rooms should you need them, there are only two available.
With all these offerings, we understand the rates. They are a bit pricier than others, but it’s understandable if you look at the inclusions and the fact that there are no setup fees.

City Virtual Hub is located in Soho, which means you get the expensive address of Central London without actually having to rent one. They’re one of our staff’s favourite options as well, and we can understand why.
They pretty much have everything a remote team or startup needs. There’s the virtual office, virtual phone number, and meeting rooms (perfect for some serious business matters!).
There are three packages: mail forwarding, mail scanning, and combo package. We actually like these because you can pick exactly what you need.
The combo package offers the best value for money because you can get your mail scanned and forwarded. But it is pricier—actually, all their packages are slightly up there since the cheapest monthly plan costs £55.
But here’s the thing: you get what you need and the mail service is done efficiently. We were pretty surprised at how fast they’ve been based on our experiences.
